The RDA is made up of twenty members with six executive members, and five staff Strength. Below are some of the members and with key staff profiles.

BERRY NEGERESE has BSc in Sociology from Delta State University: He doubles as the Chairman of the RDA and Board of trustee; He is the current PDP National Auditor, South-south Zone. He is the Managing Director of Mabeco Group of Companies which he is successfully running.

HIGH CHIEF DEBOH: He is the Vice Chairman of the organization. He is a seasoned businessman with several chains of businesses which he is successfully running.

FRANKLIN SIMON has BSc in Public Administration from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma: He doubles as the Secretary of the RDA and Board of trustee. He is a seasoned businessman with several chains of businesses which he is successfully running.

CHIEF IBE JONATHAN: He is the Treasurer of the organization and a member of the Board of Trustees.

JUNLIANA YOBOTOR has NCE from College of Education Warri: She is the Financial Secretary of the organization. She is a seasoned classroom Teacher for years.

Francis Amamogiran has diploma in Computer Science: He is the Public Relation Officer of the organization with several companies he is handling successfully.

Mathew Erebi is the Accounts/Admin Officer of the RDA. He has Higher National Diploma in Accountancy (HND) from Federal Polytechnic Oko. He has Post graduate Diploma (PGD) in Business Administration from Delta State University. He has worked with the Yenagoa City Local Government Council as payroll assistance, National Institute for Cultural Orientation- South- South Zone Yenagoa as Internal Auditor, and as Accounts/Admin Officer in Mabeco Resources. He joined the RDA in 2007. He has undergone several trainings in organisation capacity building.

Ebiwareme Clerkwei Pere is the Asst. Admin  Officer of the RDA. He has BSc in Agricultural Technology from the Niger Delta University (NDU). He joined the RDA in 2014. He has undergone several training in organisation capacity building.

Evelyn Ogah Okoro (Mrs) is the office Secretary of the RDA. She has National Diploma in Accounting from Institute of Management Technology (IMT) and BSc in Accounting from Eboyin State University. Before joining Dodo RDA in 2012 she worked in AFCON Fisheries for two years as Account Officer. She is also a member of Nigeria Institute of Management.

Helen Gbomo is the Receptionist/ Cleaner of the RDA. She has Nigeria Cetificate in Education (NCE), Economics/Social Studies. Before joining Dodo RDA,  she worked in Dimrose Hotels, Yenagoa for over two years as Receptionist.  She joined the Association in 2015.
